"People Like Me" is a short film production that suggests our common human qualities can be easily overlooked in a society that often magnifies differences of race.
It features six (6) character actors/actresses who represent a different racial composition and who express their views on the absurdity of getting hung up on racial stereotypes and myths. Because there is a wide variation among the characters, both in terms of gender and racial background, the audience is treated to a full range of views with one central theme... we're more the same than different. The film features a young Elizabeth Banks, of Hunger Games and Pitch Perfect fame.
